Accelerated Mill issue in CEREC 4.0—there is still a bug in the accelerated mill feature of CEREC 4.0. Will see unpredictable fits yet…learned this info from my colleague and friend Dr. Todd Ehrlich. I do not use accelerated mill because of my restoration margin focus. From what I am hearing, the accelerated mill will produce high occlusion and proximal contact issues as compared to the normal mill mode response. I am sure this hiccup will be fixed in the future.
