This is the week of sheet-rocking the new Klim practice and CADStar CEREC training & mentoring home. Looking forward to CADStar’s future training options. One of my objectives in addition to training CEREC, is full practice integration, materials, and support systems. Completed this CEREC LAVA Ultimate onlay/inlay case this afternoon. Tooth 30 had cracked tooth symptom and major cold sensitivity. Horizontal/stained fracture lines at prep axial/pulpal floor distal buccal and lingual cusps. With a solid rim of 1.0-1.5 mm of enamel for retentive bond, Lava adhesively bonded restorations will recapture function requirements for this case. There are a few graphic interface adjustments for the new CEREC 4.0 software user. The CEREC workflow is still similar to the prior versions. This video will review the basic workflow assets in the CEREC 4.0 software.
