The Programat CS2 is the new Ivoclar Vivadent furnace generation for dentists. With this furnace, crystallization and glaze firing of IPS e.max CAD restorations is easily and quickly accomplished. The modern user interface of the new furnace clearly stands out due to its user friendliness.

The Programat CS2 glaze and crystallization furnace has been specially developed for dentists. Its second generation is now operated with the new colour touch display and the tried-and-tested membrane-sealed keypad. The furnace comprises twenty individually programmable programs and seven pre-defined Ivoclar Vivadent programs, such as the speed program, which completes the crystallization of single-tooth restorations in less than 15 minutes.

Additional features

The “automatic double-range temperature calibration” (ATK2) of the Programat CS2 ensures high firing precision due to a fully automated calibration process performed at two different temperature points. Furthermore, the furnace is equipped with double valve vacuum technology, which reduces the noise of the vacuum pump during operation. The vacuum pump evacuates moisture from the vacuum hose and the firing chamber. Additionally, the furnace includes WLAN and USB connections. If assistance from the Service Center is required, the dentist can simply create a diagnostic file and send it to the Service Center via email.
