Seated the CEREC 4.0 all-e.max bridges today! The fits were incredible and only one occlusal adjustment to the lingual of #11 abutment. One of the important values of in office CAD/CAM for me is the control factor for design, occlusion, and restorative finish. The precision provided by the optical algorithms in CEREC 4.0 have elevated the milling results. I enjoy pushing for new horizons with CEREC applications. Progress is rapidly being made for CADStar's new home in Santa Rosa California. This facility will support both Dr. Klim's practice and teaching events. I have done a number e.max implant abutment-crowns and they are working very well. I use them in the posterior region when the implant alignment provides a screw access retention option. A Sirona TiBase is seated and then scanned. The CEREC 4.0 scan and mill algorithms are precise enough to generate a tight/snug fit.
