Multi anterior unit (Part B) cases are definitely improved with the 4.0 software.  The combo of BioCopy, buccal scan, and apposing arch opens a new additional virtual design heaven for anterior aesthetics. Video designed in 4.0 245 beta software.  Thanks Sirona for a great job.

Great Veneer  Parameter graphics. One of the best windows in CEREC 4.0. The parameter default settings are organized separately for the crown, inlay/onlay, and veneer selective settings.

One major change for 4.0 is that the Spacer Parameter is now 0 = 0.  In the prior versions, when at 0, the spacer was 100 um.  In most cases, Klim's spacer is ~60 um.

The unique parameter in inlay/onlay is the Adhesive Gap.  Great graphic illustration when adjusting the sliding scale.  Dr Klim,s Adhesive Gap range is 0 – 20.

One major change for 4.0 is that the Spacer Parameter is now 0 = 0.  In the prior versions, when at 0, the spacer was 100 um.  Klim's spacer for Inlay/Onlay(s) is 40-60 um.

Third video in the dual-arch series. This dual-arch CEREC 4.0 case series (01, 02, & 03) will demonstrate the screen workflow steps for the CEREC 4.0 software.  There are a few icon changes in the side panel and the updated Shape (Anatomical and Circular) names that will be updated in the 4.0 final build.  The principles of design remain the same.  This video made in the 4.0 245 beta version.
