The emphasis for the CADStar Implant Channel 11 is about fabricating implant restorations using the CEREC system and support products. This video will have slightly a different twist.  It will review the flow for placing a  guided posterior implant using the Optiguide by Sirona/Dentsply system.

It is simple to add a contact when needed to zirconia with GC Luster Paste.  Infact, this is now my go to method for all my ceramic restorations, (VITA ceramics, Empress, and e.max).  It is very fast and predictable.

Setting up an implant multilayered restoration is effectively streamlined in the CEREC Software. Simply design the one-piece restoration first, then split the crown into two-piece and finalize margin placement.  And then ready to mill.
